Order Processing Times: 

Products listed as ready-to-ship will ship within 2-3 business days after ordering.

Made-to-order items are handmade when we receive your order, and take 2-8 weeks to create (please refer to item listings for exact turn-around times.) Custom-designed orders usually require 3-10 weeks to be created. Please get in touch to discuss.

Turn-around times do not include shipping transit time. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal service (weather, volume, strikes, stat holidays etc)

We can not guarantee the delivery time of international orders. International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties that are not covered in the shipping estimates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Rush Orders: Please CONTACT US prior to ordering to discuss . There is a £45/$60 rush order fee.
