Edwardian lavender dress will make a gorgeous wedding dress or an Edwardian evening gown - Lady Mary of Downton Abbey could also wear it to a dinner.
This heather dress was actually inspired by Downton Abbey gown - I've made it with moss green at first. That green dress was closely based on one of Lady Mary's dresses. It was a huge success but not everyone looks good in green - myself included - and I used different colour schemes.
Here you can see it in a beautiful shade of purple - lavender, iris, heather - you can call it different names. Swatches are available - please send me a message.
You can see it in my shop in green, blue, white, ivory, cream, yellow, black and burgundy. I can make it in almost any colour you wish - as long as I find the right fabric or dye of course :)
The overdress is made of a delicate chiffon - it is much thinner and softer than a regular chiffon.
The underdress is made of a silky satin but can be made with a heavier duchess satin if my customer prefers thicker fabric due to the colder season.
I can use silk satin or chiffon but I cannot guarantee the same shade due to a different colours of the silk.
